I have a pretty low Credit score, and am a freelancer, so I was made to believe, for a long time, that leasing/financing was off the table for me. Not only did David completely educate me about the particulars of my score and ways to improve it, he worked so hard to get me an approval. He sent me home in the car I wanted, and the entire process felt like I was being taken care of like a family member. I can’t thank David enough, and the whole staff at Douglas for such a seamless experience. I’m over-the-moon happy, and am driving a car that Exceeded my hopes!! More

I had to shop for a car during the worst time to buy/lease a vehicle after my car was totaled. It didn’t help that I have bad credit. David S. was not only incredibly pleasant to work with, he also buy/lease a vehicle after my car was totaled. It didn’t help that I have bad credit. David S. was not only incredibly pleasant to work with, he also worked hard to get me approved, going the extra mile by helping me obtain a total loss letter from the insurance which was a bit of a challenge. The first time I went we weren’t able to get something in my price range. I respected the fact that he did not try to push me into getting something I couldn’t afford. Instead he said he’d give me a call if any trade-ins came in and he did. I wasn’t able to get the trim I wanted due to how expensive cars are right now but he provided me with options for how I can proceed when my credit improves or the market stabilizes. He even checked in to make sure I was enjoying the car. I would do business with Douglas VW again in the future, without hesitation. More
