The altenator on my eurovan let go just after the George Washington Bridge my last road trip from MA to PA. At first it looked like they were too busy to see me but then the service manager Rick Szucs over heard my problem and said they could squeeze me in. Well, it all turned out wonderful and within 24 hours they had the special order 120 amp unit and had me up and running. To make it even sweeter they gave me a loner Jetta so I could make it to a friends house for a free overnight stay. I love my Volkswagen and now I love Douglas too. More

My husband and I recently purchased a Gulf TDI. We inquired first on the Douglas website. Russ, initially helped us with our inquiry and was very responsive, helpful and answered all of our questions inquired first on the Douglas website. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the Gulf TDI and was able to answer all of our questions regarding the Gulf. He was very patient and very helpful. Once we decided to purchase the car Matt, the finance manager, assisted us with the paperwork. Matt, was very thorough yet was able to complete all of our paper work in a timely manor. He reviewed all of our options in terms of interest rates as well as additional warranties available for purchase. In fact, we decided to purchase the extended warranty on the Gulf since it was a used car. I highly recommend Douglas VW and would go back there again when we need to purchase another vehicle. More
