I have wanted a VW Beetle since I was 9 years old, so naturally when it came time to buy my first car I immediately started researching certified pre-owned Beetles in the area. After a very enjoyable test drive, I started to discuss my options with Jeremy, the salesman at Douglas. Jeremy discussed the importance of test driving other vehicles, that weren't Volkswagens, to ensure that I made the right decision since it was going to be my very first car. I then went on to have a horrible experience at a Honda dealership and after that I knew that the Beetle I test drove with Jeremy was my car. I immediately called Douglas and put a deposit down, via the phone, no less. The whole dealership was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. I truly felt that Jeremy was on my side while navigating the credit process, and the financing options. Jeremy told me all about the college grad program and walked me through that process and even recommended an insurance company for me. I had a truly great experience at this Dealership and with Jeremy as my salesman. I highly recommend not only using this dealership, but asking for Jeremy as well. More

Went to the dealership a few days ago to look at the Vw CC. The dealerships parking was a little tight but I guess it would be since it is an in town dealer. Tito told me that the csr has some great deals and if I'm interested in thr car that I should jump onto the great deal being offered. Well he was not kidding at all. I stepped into Douglas VW to test drive a 2003 Passat. It had low miles and was in great condition mechanically so I decided to try and purchase it. I am a student with a college budget and have to be very f had low miles and was in great condition mechanically so I decided to try and purchase it. I am a student with a college budget and have to be very frugal with my money so my hopes weren’t set too high with financing a new car. My salesman, Simon, was very personable and understood what that budget was like. I had a hard time getting approved for a loan because of both the price of the car and age as well as me still building credit. I was approved for one loan but they needed the money in 36 months and I could not afford the payments. They had even lowered the price of the car to help me try and get a loan. Due to the fact that it was Saturday, the finance manager as well and Simon had told me that they will keep trying and let me know by Monday. On Monday they called me in to talk about the situation. Simon said they had kept pushing for different loan companies and presented me with a 48 month loan that would get me much lower payments than I could have ever hoped for. Douglas VW delivered above and beyond my expectations for a dealership. I have had dealership experiences in the past that were far from pleasant but Douglas VW put me above cloud 9 and I cannot shake this happiness. Simon, as well as the service team has restored my faith into VW and now I want to continue a brand loyalty with their company and this would not have been made possible without the excellent service that my salesman had provided. When I decide to get a new Volkswagen, Douglas VW is where I will be picking it up because they genuinely care about their customers as well as their product and will be more than happy to be their customer. I am so thankful for the experience I had as well as the salesman that worked out the deal and I cannot even put to words how happy I am today. This is a very well deserved five star reputation! While on a trip away from home, I ran over a traffic cone that apparently had fallen off a truck, damaging portions of the front air dam. The damage had to be fixed before we could continue our trip. Mr. Riello found the needed parts and arranged for the repair to be started quickly, so that we were on our way to New England with only a couple hours of delay. The needed repairs were thorougly explained and the work was completed to the highest standards. Throughout, the customer care and staff professionalism were excellent. I highly recommend the Douglas VW Body Shop. More
