We had absolutely great experience with VW in Summit! Convenient location, very friendly personal and reasonable prices! I came in with the impression that I would be waiting for a while for a response in regards to a loan. I was told I was approved within the hour!!!!!! Imagine that? While other places I have gone to had me there for 7+ hours. I have never experienced such EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!! From the time I walked in until I left Irene held my hand and held no information from me. She was upfront and Honest about what she could and couldn't do and she did Everything!!!!! My credit score isn't good at all but They Are The Best At What They Do Here!!!!!! I would tell anyone I know to go in and check them out and you will leave with a car!!!! More

A few day ago I went to Douglas to check out the new Jetta. A friend of mine who recently bought a car from Tito D.at Douglas she recommended me to see him. I went in thinking about getting a new car. I had a good gauge of what I had wanted. I called to see if they had what I was looking for. Duncan helped accommodate me in that area. awesome experience, i had a great sales person really hooked me up with a great car. I got more then i was asking for in the car.
