He did not push and let us take a TDI for an entire day to test drive it. Although Duncan was very busy on the day we made the purchase, he continuously checked up on us and the purchase went very smoothly. I would recommend him as well as the dealership for being friendly, non-pushy, and reasonable with prices. More

He made sure to have all my information and paperwork before the day I picked up my new car so the process went very smoothly once I got there to pick it up. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They say they are experts in what they do. They can get you approved according to your income which was very good for me since Im working on bettering They say they are experts in what they do. They can get you approved according to your income which was very good for me since Im working on bettering my credit but I needed a vehicle for my daughter as well. The sales man Roger was so nice and friendly and made my daughter and I welcome very pleasurable. He wasnt pushy or rude. We werent able to get approved for the vehicle I had in mid but he did show us other options and when we finally found one of our liking Roger said he'd try to get the price down for us due to the rusting on the side of the vehicle.But after waiting this Blonde lady in financing that talked to us about the bank loan told us we couldnt get the vehicle she didnt even tell me the price or monthly payments estimate I was even going to put down a bigger down payment but her attitude was nasty so Me and my daughter left. The Blonde woman tried to suggest other cars to us and even asked me why wouldnt I want other cars she was offering me and said to me that us "Its not about what I like". I was disgusted with her attitude and the way she talked to me like I was a child. Im not purchasing a vehicle that I dont like. Although the Salesman Roger was very Polite and helpfull I will NEVER return here or recommend any one to shop here. More
