I bought my 04 g35 from Douglas and have bee satisfied with my service over the years until recently. It appears that all of the service reps and service manager were replaced in the past year or two. M with my service over the years until recently. It appears that all of the service reps and service manager were replaced in the past year or two. My most recent experience, which precipitated this review, is as follows: 1. I called up inquiring what it would cost to replace the power steering pump on my G35, 2. After waiting several hours for the call back I called them back. 3. I was informed by a phone person that the rep told her they do not give quotes for repairs over the phone. 4. They did not have the courtesy to call me back to inform me of that. I have had no problems get a repair quotes from any other dealer. As such I will not be servicing my car there ever again. More
