AnaMarie Was outstanding I purchased an Infiniti Q50 Red Sport from an outside dealer and they assured me that the car was a safe and didn’t have any issues. After a week I had concerns that the dealer did Sport from an outside dealer and they assured me that the car was a safe and didn’t have any issues. After a week I had concerns that the dealer did not want to assist me with so I took it to Douglas Infiniti and I was introduced to AnaMarie and explained my situation right away she said she’s going to diagnose the vehicle 100% and let me know any and everything that’s wrong with the vehicle. Once she found out the vehicle was an unsafe vehicle she called me and told me to give that car back to the dealer and as much as I like the car i did what she said and to be honest the issue that it had she basically save my life especially due to the vehicle having a broken sub frame any pothole could have broken the wheel and injured me and or others. I shopped around and purchased another Infiniti Q50 once again and I took it straight to her being that she was so professional and was great at her job once this vehicle was diagnosed she assured me I had a good one and I felt very safe.
