Mike was extremely helpful in getting my son into his "new" used car. He worked with us on price, was patient when we couldn't pick up the car when we originally thought - overall a very nice gentlemen "new" used car. I have been bringing my vehicle to Douglas Infiniti for years. I switched from Infiniti of Manhattan. These guys are great & trustworthy. Alexis in service is wonderful & a true professional. I really dislike shopping for cars because I feel that all the things that the shopper is looking for gets lost in tranlation between them and the salesperson. I recommend this dealership over any other one. The only reason i bought from here is because of the staff and the salesman (Mike C.) in particular.
