I went to Douglas Infiniti in large part because I had my previous Infiniti serviced there. I pretty much had a good idea of what I wanted to buy when I walked in. I was introduced to Mike Carchia who did previous Infiniti serviced there. I pretty much had a good idea of what I wanted to buy when I walked in. I was introduced to Mike Carchia who did an excellent job of getting me the car that I wanted. I did not feel pressured, or pushed in any way. Mike was very informative and professional, making sure I knew of all the features of my new car. I was also very impressed that, when the car was brought to the lot and inspected that Mike both pointed out minor blemishes (that were until then under the wrapping) and insisted on replacing and refinishing the affected portions so that my new Infiniti G37X Coupe was a spotless, new car in perfect condition. I traded-in my daughter's Volkswagen Beetle and receive a good trade-in. Overall the price was close to what I wanted to end up paying. Jamie Fishbane, the sales manager, was very involved in helping me close the deal and I very much appreciated his help in closing the deal. This was the fourth car I had purchased (third Infiniti), but the first that I really found both the sale process to be such a pleasant (yes, pleasant) experience. Certainly I can infer that this is because this is the first car that I had purchased from Douglas Infiniti. I am writing this two months after purchase and still have a good feeling and memory from the sale process. And certainly, I am still very happy with my car! More
I recently purchased a new G37x from another dealership (NOT DOUGLAS INFINITI) because they had the car in stock. However, when I wanted a remote starter installed, I came to DOUGLAS INFINITI because I fe (NOT DOUGLAS INFINITI) because they had the car in stock. However, when I wanted a remote starter installed, I came to DOUGLAS INFINITI because I felt their sales manager, Jamie Fishbane, truly understood the meaning of the word service. The treatment I received by Jamie, and the Douglas General Sales Manager, Edward English, was over and above anything I had expected, or have ever experienced in a lifetime of car buying. Their professionalism, respect, and courtesy toward me was outstanding. They made me feel like I was part of their family. Because of them, DOUGLAS INFINITI has earned ALL my business going forward. I just purchased my first car through Douglas and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had. My wife and I were greeted by both Jamie Fishbane and Cary Jackson. They were polite, friendly, courteous and helpful. When we test drove the G37 convertible Cary was able to answer all of our question Cary Jackson. They were polite, friendly, courteous and helpful. When we test drove the G37 convertible Cary was able to answer all of our questions, sometimes 2 times! He maintained a professional attitude with us and always had a smile. During our subsequent visit to the dealership(when we bought the car) Cary asked about our family as if he had known them his whole life. He made us feel like we weren't just a customer, but rather like his extended family. When it was time to discuss the numbers, Jamie was also respectful of our needs, courteous and interested in what we had to say.
