The sales manager at Douglas also went out of his way to thank me for my business. Douglas Infiniti recently renovated and their design is very modern and contemporary. The waiting room reminds me of a nice club lounge at an airport, complete with complimentary beverages and food. The bottom line is Douglas is by far superior from the staff to the facility and I will be driving the extra miles to have them service my car. I would definitely recommend giving Douglas your business. Last but not least, the car is amazing! More

Came in for first time for serice on my 2008 g35 bought in NC, dead battery. In market for new car to upgrade to all wheel drive for north east weather. Turned the deal around in one day, got me a loner for a few hrs, and all emoyees very nice. Gill drove to our home after hours to deliver an important item left at dealer. Toby saved the day by remberig to get my EZPass out of the old car & put in new car. Dealership clean, good snacks and drinks. More

After I test drove the G37X, I instantly knew that this was the car for me. Throughout my entire decision to purchase the G37X Carey was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He explained the details of the car in it's entirety. The process in neogatating was no pressure and above board. I am writing to share with you my GREAT experience of leasing 2 cars at Douglas Infiniti. I sent out a request for proposals through the internet, and got a few responses the best of which was from Douglas Infiniti. We talked and they committed over the phone to a deal which I liked, and wanted us to come drive the proposed cars (M56x, and M37x). We drove up the same evening (about an hour drive), and I told my wife that if thwere will be any changes to the deal they offered over the phone (which unfortunatel, I encountered more than once), we get up and walk away. Well, to make a long story short, the cars they promised were there, they kept all telephone commitments per the phone conversation and even did better the terms! Allan, the sales person was extremely knowledgable in both car performance and operation details, and he and his boss, Jamie, were very cordial and professional!! I never had such a pleasant experience at any car dealership (I dealt with many during my life). The same excellent experince continued when we picked up the cars and signed the final contarcts. I stronly recommend that you try dealing with them! More
