What really impressed me was the desire to put out a good product - even on a used vehicle. Steve and Douglas Infiniti made sure the car I was purchasing was in great running order, before I even had to ask to have items replaced (tires, brakes). I purchased this vehicle from over an hour away and Steve made sure we were able to complete 99% of the transaction over the phone so I would not have to waste time driving back and forth endlessly. All in all I am extremely happy with their top notch customer service (coffee!) and will be purchasing a vehicle from Steve when the time comes again! More

We were in the market to buy a used car so we did our research online and were happy to find something we were interested in at Douglas Infiniti. When I went in to look at the used cars I was directed to work with Michael Carchia. My experience was pleasant and he made it very easy. Michael listened to my needs and quickly directed me to several cars available for me to look at. He was very knowledgeable as to what was available and was able to answer all my questions. The next day he made himself available so that I could come back to test drive the EX35 I was interested in and the following day my husband went in to meet Michael, test drive the car and negotiate a deal. They offered a very fair price avoiding the unnecessary back and forth that is typical when buying a car. The entire process was very easy and quick. Once we bought the car everything was handled for us (contacting insurance, getting temporary registration & license plate) and any requests we had regarding the car were met. Everything was reviewed with us regarding the warranty and availability of extended warranty. The car was ready for pickup the next day. I have bought many cars in my life and always dread walking into a dealership to try and make a deal. Car salesmen come with a reputation of being pushy, manipulative and dishonest. That couldn't be further from the truth at Douglas Infiniti. I was greeted like an old friend, introduced to my sales representation and offered coffee before we even started talking cars. Carey was informative and knowledgeable on every feature of every model on the lot. He listened to my needs and desires, took note of my financial concerns and laid out my options in very clear terms. He showed me several models which met my needs and options which met my desires. He introduced me to the staff in the service department, showed me the beautiful new facility which Douglas has provided for their customers and educated me in the benefits of not only being an Infiniti owner, but also the many benefits of being a Douglas customer. I have been to several other Infiniti showrooms and, even though Douglas is located much further from my home, it was definitely worth the trip. I can't imagine buying a car from any other dealer. Jamie Fishbane, the sales manager, handled my lease options and presented many optional services and accessories for the car I had chosen. At no time did he pressure or puch me to buy anything. He simply presented what was available to me and let it go at that. I asked for the road hazard insurance, which my experience has shown is definitely worth having. He gave me a great price right off, which was kind of a surprising change from the torture I have endured in the past from "Finance Managers" at other dealers. The entire process was smooth and stress free. When I picked up my car, it was presented like an award rather than a purchase. I felt really special and I refer every friend to at least check out Douglas Infiniti when looking at a new car. They will change your mind about the way car shopping SHOULD be. More

When I came to pick up the car, it was exactly as described and finalizing the transaction was a very smooth process and I was on my way in about an hour.
