Aaron is the best! When my first Infiniti lease was up about three years ago, I wanted another. It was tedious and annoying going from place to place to try and find the best new lease deal. I happened upon Douglas Infiniti in Summit and called Aaron – he was straightforward with no messing around – he simply gave me a great deal right away – no games, no tricks. I made the deal on the spot. My lease was up again this past month and I knew Aaron would give me the best deal possible. The same day I called him, I agreed to the new lease. I had never seen the newer version of the G37X that I had just agreed to lease, but I knew Aaron would not steer me wrong. I was right. It is a great car and Aaron spent A LOT of time helping me set up all the new features. He even re-did one of the phone options for me when I changed my mind, which he definitely did not have to do. My husband & I went in search of a specific used car to which this dealership had one in their inventory. The car was a trade in and we initially had a few misgivings due to the state of the car when w to which this dealership had one in their inventory. The car was a trade in and we initially had a few misgivings due to the state of the car when we first saw it however Mike Carchia & everyone at Douglas made all of our fears disappear. From the moment we walked in we were given white glove service. Any questions we had were answered. Any problems we had were fixed. When we picked up the car a week later it looked BRAND new. They did an amazing job fixing the scratch we had an issue with and the detailing job they did was superb. They really were a pleasure to work with and even shipped our new plates to us via overnight delivery so we would get them in time to register the car in our town before the holidays. We would definitely buy from them in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. You never get the feeling like you are being glossed over or taken for a ride here and we would know - we visited four other dealerships that weekend...
