I had visitied many dealerships to test drive new cars I had driven 5 cars by the time I passed by Douglas Infinity. I just stopped in and was greated by Steve who made me feel so comfortable. I could not afford the convertible, which I really wanted so as I was leaving, my sister stopped in to Jimmy from F&I and mentioned that I couldn't afford the convertible. He told her about the infinty G37 promotion that was running. I ended up buying the most beautiful car that I have ever had. The entire dealership bent over backwards to accommodate me. They priced the car within my budget, called me when the car came in, greated me with open arms and called me to assure my satisfaction I was introduced to everyone from general manager to service to mechanics. I will definitely go back for my next car and will recommend them to anyone who will listen I even have pictures of Steve and I with my new ride on my phone. xxoo More

Everyone else is extremely friendly and the environment is very nice. I would definitively recommend anyone interested in getting into an Infiniti to at least compare your prices with them. They are about 40 minutes from me, even with 2 other dealerships much closer, but the way they pay their attention to you, there is no need to go anywhere else and is worth the trip. Michael is great, fair and doesn't go in circle with you. He will be straightforward and help you get to your new car. 5 Stars all around!! More
