As a very informed car enthusiast and dealing with many dealerships, I am completely honest in my appraisal of how I am treated. On entering the dealership, I was greeted enthusiastically. Jaime and Aaron were very pleasant to deal with. The business and finance department was outstanding and financing was obtained. I had the car delivered within one week. I am usually very harsh in how I grade dealerships and only write a review if a had a very pleasureable experience or a very poor experience. After reading the reviews for Douglas Infiniti, I am pleased to report that there are no exaggerations. You get a decent price, excellent customer service, a competitive price and had an offer to take the vehicle home for an extended test drive...you really cannot ask for anything more from a dealership. I would recommend this dealership very highly to anyone who is interested in purchasing or leasinig an Infiniti. More

Gave me a fantastic interest rate on the loan (Thanks to Jimmy too) Mike's approach was more about making me happy than making a commission. Mike Carchia went the extra mile before , during and after delivery. He also setup my first service appointment and free loaner car. Alexis and the service dept were fantastic too. I came to the dealership to hear about the new Q50. I went directly to see Gil, who I had dealt with three years earlier. He's very personable and treats you llike an old friend. His excitement over this new model was evident when we discussed its advanced technology and design of both the interior and the exterior. The new touch screen controls for the navigation system and radio was also very impressive. I will say that Gil has the patience of a saint. I took up a lot of his time asking questions and test driving the vehicle on two occasions. The dealership was very accomodating as well and allowed me take the Q50 for a couple of hours, which helped me in making my decision. i would definitely recommend Douglas Infiniti to anyone interested in a new Infiniti. More
