Gave me a fantastic interest rate on the loan (Thanks to Jimmy too) Mike's approach was more about making me happy than making a commission. Mike Carchia went the extra mile before , during and after delivery. He also setup my first service appointment and free loaner car. Alexis and the service dept were fantastic too. I came to the dealership to hear about the new Q50. I went directly to see Gil, who I had dealt with three years earlier. He's very personable and treats you llike an old friend. His excitement over this new model was evident when we discussed its advanced technology and design of both the interior and the exterior. The new touch screen controls for the navigation system and radio was also very impressive. I will say that Gil has the patience of a saint. I took up a lot of his time asking questions and test driving the vehicle on two occasions. The dealership was very accomodating as well and allowed me take the Q50 for a couple of hours, which helped me in making my decision. i would definitely recommend Douglas Infiniti to anyone interested in a new Infiniti.
