We decided early on we would buy from Aaron/Douglas it was simply a matter of finding the right vehicle. I was contacted when new vehicles came in that fit our criteria and never felt like I was being "sold" a car. I was buying and they let me do just that. Price was very good in comparison to some of the other Infiniti dealers in the area and the low pressure friendly service is what ultimately earned our business. I was interested in an Infinity Truck for the wife. Aaron Goodwin (sales rep) was recommended to me by a good friend and I had previously reached out to him in April but decided to wait on a new car. He always worked within my rules and respected my needs more than any other car salesman that I had ever dealt with in the past. I was at the dealership for 30 minutes since he knew I had no patience for "the process of buying a new car." The next morning he delivered my wife's new Q56 with a red bow on it. He too my trade-in and handled everything else including paperwork, insurance, etc. Aaron's personal service was above and beyond and he felt like one of the family.
