have been a customer at Douglas Infiniti for 20 years now since 2003. As such, I have always received excellent customer service and felt comfortable enough to purchase two certified pre-owned vehicles from since 2003. As such, I have always received excellent customer service and felt comfortable enough to purchase two certified pre-owned vehicles from Douglas. However, over the last few years, I started to notice management changes that quite frankly have not resulted in the same positive experience that I had grown accustomed to over the years. It began when they let go of Gary Darling, who had been there forever, and a few others in the Service and Sales departments. The last straw that broke the camel’s back, was I tried several times to speak directly with Chris Ng, the current General Sales manager about extending my current extended warranty, instead someone else that I don’t know called me back and quite frankly I did not feel comfortable dealing with so I left a message for Chris. Instead, my sales rep Gil Coronado called me, and said he would get back to me (still waiting for that call btw). Finally, I emailed Chris directly about this matter a few days ago, and have yet to receive a reply, instead what I received was an offer to buy another vehicle. Anyway, apparently there’s no longer any loyalty at this dealership, even for a 20 year customer. As such, I will no longer frequent this dealership for any future vehicle purchases or service related matters. You might want to do the same as I stated this is not the samr dealership that it once was More
Luke Calder was such a pleasure to work with. I never thought I'd feel thar way about a car salesperson!
