I almost ended up not purchasing from this dealership because of some issues I had with one of the other salesman who wasn't ask delightful to do business as Aaron, but I decided to give them another chance - it was the best thing I did. I am currently enjoying my new QX60 and the experience I am having with all the luxury extras I also got with my purchase,. The one dealership, Salerno Duane, completely ignored this all cash area resident buyer for the 15 minutes we were outside and the 10 minutes we were on the showroom floor. Worked with Gil at Douglas and he was friendly and helped me look at one car I targeted and another not exactly at the top of my list. Test drove two cars and ended up with the one I hadn't expected. It was my choice and Gil encouraged me to compare test drives. In the end I really felt I was in the right car for me. I got a fair price and didn't feel the pressure to be upsold.
