Worked with Gil at Douglas and he was friendly and helped me look at one car I targeted and another not exactly at the top of my list. Test drove two cars and ended up with the one I hadn't expected. It was my choice and Gil encouraged me to compare test drives. In the end I really felt I was in the right car for me. I got a fair price and didn't feel the pressure to be upsold.
