The staff and management were very upfront about everything! I was in the dealership on a Friday and really wanted to car by Monday so I would not have to battle the Belt Parkway again. They (Jim Sosunov and Jamie Fishbane) went out of their way to find the car I wanted and have it driven to the dealership and ready for me on Monday. Outstanding!!
