She put me in touch with the sales manager and I am in the process of buying a used Infiniti. The money I would have used in my car can now be used for a down payment. The G37 I am interested in also has a warranty which makes me feel more confident. Alexis was honest and walked me through the process. I have even more trust in her knowing she could have pressured me to fix my car but listened to my concerns instead and offered some alternatives.
