She put me in touch with the sales manager and I am in the process of buying a used Infiniti. The money I would have used in my car can now be used for a down payment. The G37 I am interested in also has a warranty which makes me feel more confident. Alexis was honest and walked me through the process. I have even more trust in her knowing she could have pressured me to fix my car but listened to my concerns instead and offered some alternatives. The staff and management were very upfront about everything! I was in the dealership on a Friday and really wanted to car by Monday so I would not have to battle the Belt Parkway again. They (Jim Sosunov and Jamie Fishbane) went out of their way to find the car I wanted and have it driven to the dealership and ready for me on Monday. Outstanding!!
