Another Great Douglas Infiniti Experience I just traded in my 2012 Infiniti EX35 for a 2018 Infiniti QX60 lease. I've been a satisfied Douglas Infiniti customer since 2002. This experience was I just traded in my 2012 Infiniti EX35 for a 2018 Infiniti QX60 lease. I've been a satisfied Douglas Infiniti customer since 2002. This experience was no different. I met with Carey who reviewed differences between buying and leasing. Got a great price for my trade-in. Then onto Chris who made the finance part a breeze. Finished with Carey showing me the newest features of the QX60. Of course, I will continue to service my car at Douglas Infiniti. More

I had a flat tire this morning on the Parkway and didn't know what to do. After getting a spare placed on the car, I went to work and came to Douglas Infiniti (where I bought my car). Even though they close the service center at 4pm and I showed up at 3:50pm, Joe, Mike, and Jimmy got Eric to stay late to help me replace my tire. I work in a customer service industry and service like this deserves recognition. They truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate me and service like this NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED!!! TWO Day flat fix. No car Drop Off I got a flat tire, so I decided to have my car towed to Douglas Infiniti. I called before towing, to ensure they would be able to drop the car back to I got a flat tire, so I decided to have my car towed to Douglas Infiniti. I called before towing, to ensure they would be able to drop the car back to me when the repair work was done - as I have no way to get to the dealership. They assured me they would. TWO DAYS later, when they finally got around to fixing my flat tire, I was told that they would not be able to drop my car back, and that I would somehow have to come pick up the car. I reminded them of the commitment they had made when I had the car towed to them, and was told they would need to check with the 'manager'. It took another DAY to check with the 'manager', whose response was that he would not even send one person to drop the car off, even if I offered to drive them back. I suggested they pay for my Uber, which was also rejected. I ended up paying more to Uber than the cost of the actual flat tire fix. I would never buy or service my car at Douglas Infiniti after this experience. More
