What a surprisingly pleasurable car buying experience! Before we realized it, we were sitting in his office going over their inventory of Q60’s, and it felt as if we had known Carey for years already! He was just so down to earth and easy going; I can actually say that at no time during the two hours we spent with him, did we ever feel any pressure whatsoever! I had a flat tire this morning on the Parkway and didn't know what to do. After getting a spare placed on the car, I went to work and came to Douglas Infiniti (where I bought my car). Even though they close the service center at 4pm and I showed up at 3:50pm, Joe, Mike, and Jimmy got Eric to stay late to help me replace my tire. I work in a customer service industry and service like this deserves recognition. They truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate me and service like this NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED!!! TWO Day flat fix. No car Drop Off I got a flat tire, so I decided to have my car towed to Douglas Infiniti. I called before towing, to ensure they would be able to drop the car back to I got a flat tire, so I decided to have my car towed to Douglas Infiniti. I called before towing, to ensure they would be able to drop the car back to me when the repair work was done - as I have no way to get to the dealership. They assured me they would. TWO DAYS later, when they finally got around to fixing my flat tire, I was told that they would not be able to drop my car back, and that I would somehow have to come pick up the car. I reminded them of the commitment they had made when I had the car towed to them, and was told they would need to check with the 'manager'. It took another DAY to check with the 'manager', whose response was that he would not even send one person to drop the car off, even if I offered to drive them back. I suggested they pay for my Uber, which was also rejected. I ended up paying more to Uber than the cost of the actual flat tire fix. I would never buy or service my car at Douglas Infiniti after this experience. More
