Gil was extremely knowledgable and professional thru out the whole process. A true asset to your dealership. The day we went to sign our lease and pick up the car Axel was there to assist us. He was so incredibly nice and patient. He walked me thru all the features in the suv. He also helped set my Bluetooth and my App up on my phone. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to help me. Axel was extremely knowledge with infinity. He is also a true asset to your dealership. The only compliant I have is that I did not like how the finance guy was so dismissive towards Axel in front of us. It was extremely unprofessional. Axel presented him with a form that had the mileage of my car that I was selling. Instead of saying thank you for getting it. He questioned why he wrote it down on the form and not just tell him. He then waved his hand at Axel dismissing him. It was extremely demeaning. Especially because he did it in front of my husband and I. It was not a good look. The guy also insisted that we had to pay this months payment at signing. Even though we told him that Gil said we only had to pay $5000 total. He would not budge and made us pay the $622 on top of the $5000. Above and beyond: 3 days after I took the suv home I realized I forgot to take my husbands prescript sunglasses out of my old car. Gil was kind enough to look for them. He worked out giving my husband money to makeup for the loss. More

I recently purchased my Infiniti from Douglas Infiniti in Summit. Dave Suchocki made the whole experience seamless and comfortable. I wasn’t even in the state and he walked me through the whole process; sent Summit. Dave Suchocki made the whole experience seamless and comfortable. I wasn’t even in the state and he walked me through the whole process; sent me pictures of the vehicle and truly cared about my needs. With this, he found me exactly what I was looking for before I even went to the dealership! I never felt pressured or annoyed. Dave made purchasing a vehicle a pleasurable experience and I will definitely be going back to him when looking for my next vehicle. I highly recommend the dealership and Dave! More
I paid of the vehicle financed vehicle much sooner and the dealership was supposed to refund the difference of gap insurance. I have been contacting (calls, voicemails, text messages) their finance manage the dealership was supposed to refund the difference of gap insurance. I have been contacting (calls, voicemails, text messages) their finance manager multiple times for a year and they have not issued the refund and even not responding. I have forwarded the letter from Infiniti Financial Services to the finance manager after paying off and a year later. Dealership does not even respond back. More
Our experience at Douglas Infiniti was the absolute best compared to any other dealership we have ever been to. We simply brought our 2022 QX80 in because one the keys were not working properly, and we wal compared to any other dealership we have ever been to. We simply brought our 2022 QX80 in because one the keys were not working properly, and we walked out of there a short time later with a brand new 2024 QX80, and that was only because the staff were kind, not pushy, and worked with our budget! Everything about our experience was excellent! Armand, Jorge, and Nikolas...all wonderful! If it weren't for their pleasant personalities, we would have left with our older vehicle.
