This was more then just a sell to him it was more about giving us a great experience that was like no other. I will buy all my trucks n cars from Doug Henry Ford. They are family first and salesman last which I think is great. One more thing that blew my mind is that Ruben couldve been dealing with other customers and doing paperwork but, instead he took the time to play snow ball fight with my son.
