The salesman (Brandon Drake) and the service manager Glenn Lupton have been great to work with. The problem starts with two of the sales managers, Jeff Heflin and Brandon Mansour. Both these individuals Glenn Lupton have been great to work with. The problem starts with two of the sales managers, Jeff Heflin and Brandon Mansour. Both these individuals lack customer service skills to be working in any kind of business. One was arrogant and the other did not believe in customer service after the sale. I have had issues with the check engine light coming on and Glenn is working with me to get it fixed. The only reason I bought the used vehicle was of the price even though I had to drive an hour and 15 minutes to get it. I even sent an email to the owner, who never replied. More
