Customer service Nissan overall is helpful, friendly, and adaptable. We went in to work with Ben as he was who we wanted to work with. He was not available one day but Nissan overall is helpful, friendly, and adaptable. We went in to work with Ben as he was who we wanted to work with. He was not available one day but we still wanted to look at some cars. We had been passed from person to person and one salesman said “if they aren’t buying from you don’t bother.” Although only one person said this, it seemed to be the mentality of others. I understand that you’re busy and might not make a sale but it isn’t a very nice thing to hear from your preferred salesman’s coworkers. Besides this everyone else was helpful. Ben was helpful and came in on his off days to meet our needs. 10/10 would recommend him to others. More
