After a car accident, we found a vehicle at Dorsett’s on Autotrader. It was not available, but the sales manger after asking what we were looking for said he had the perfect SUV for us. He was right! Knowing of our issue with the accident, he offered for us to take the vehicle for as long as we needed to get our insurance resolved. We took it for a day and picked up a rental. I hated to give it back! The “sales experience”: very welcoming and great conversation from ALL staff, they have a very customer satisfaction focus, absolutely no pressure, easy negotiating for a good and fair price, any issues with the vehicle fixed and resolved quickly, and upon delivery, our SUV was clean and ready to roll. Please do not rely on bad reviews until you at least go in to see for yourself. These guys are great and do the little things others miss very well. More
