Review I had received several e-mails informing me that I could trade my current Sonata for a new one with a lower monthly payment. Of course, this was not t I had received several e-mails informing me that I could trade my current Sonata for a new one with a lower monthly payment. Of course, this was not the case, and I was presented with the option of trading for a 2017 Elantra that had rebates and other incentives. The price was still a little higher than my Sonata payment. I explained that I am on a fixed income and cannot afford a higher payment. Tony insisted that he could not come down any on the payment, so I had to turn the offer down. When I got up to leave, then somehow it became possible for him to meet my price. It is this kind of thing that is frustrating about dealing with car salesmen. It would be nice to be able to believe them when they say something. Charles was very nice to work with and Kevin was very thorough in explaining things. I am enjoying the vehicle. More

Good experience It was nice to be able to take a two year old and a 2 month old to purchase our family vehicle and not have to spend 5 hours at a dealership! We got there at 9am and were done before noon! Our salesman was very personable and we didn’t feel pressured into anything which was also nice! We spoke to Danielle the day before and she had everything ready and to go before we got there! And even the car had a nice welcome sign on it when we got there! Dillion was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude throughout the entire process even when we weren’t quite sure if we were going to get the vehicle or not! He didn’t make us feel pressured into anything and let us make the decision on our own! He was upfront from the start and Danielle even checked up on us before we left!
