Hoy 02/15/2023 estuve en el dealer para hacerle el cambio de aceite a mi auto , llegue a las 8:15AM no había ningún otro auto esperando antes de mí , pasaba el tiempo y nadie se me acerco a preguntar que nec de aceite a mi auto , llegue a las 8:15AM no había ningún otro auto esperando antes de mí , pasaba el tiempo y nadie se me acerco a preguntar que necesitaba , llego otro auto y lo atendieron , no dije nada . seguia pasando el tiempo y nadie me preguntaba que necesitaba , pasaban por mi lado vario de los trabajadores y nada , despues de 20 minutos esperando llego otro carro , una señora que al parecer conocia a la persona encargada de recibir los carros , ella se dirigio a la oficina y enseguida la atendio dicha persona . Me acerque a preguntar cual era el procedimiento para que me atendieran pues llevaba unos 25minutos esperando y a los 2 carros que habian llegado despues que yo ya los habian atendido , al parecer no era un buen dia para el encargado de recibir los carros para el cambio de aceite , y no quise que esa mala energia se me pasara , simplemente me monte en mi auto y me fui , no quise ni preguntar el nombre de esta persona pues no vale la pena , hay muchos otros dealer VW en los cuales puedo hacer el mantenimiento de mi carro , soy cliente de VW desde el 2010 y nunca habia tenido una experiencia asi , espero encuentren personas capacitadas para desarrollar este tipo de trabajos ...
