left waiting I have has my car serviced here for 2 yrs. with no problem but his last visit was a disapointment. The service advisor who made the appointment was out to lunch when I arrived at the designated time. Just went downhill from there. No one bother to contact me when the car was ready and I was sitting right in the waiting room. Seems that since the person I made the appointment with was not there, my service was passed along to someone else. Total disconnect. Wasted time when car was already done but no one advised me. No apologies from staff for the inconvenience. Thumps down! More
