I was greeted by Joseph Benitez service advisor and told me the car would be scanned to determine the root cause of the warning light and the vehicle will be ready at 5:00 pm. At around 2:00 pm received a call from the dealer recommending a wheel alignment which I approved to be performed.. At around 4:30pm I was contacted by Joseph letting me know the car will be ready for pick up. Definitely a 5 Star service. very pleasant people to deal with More

Great personal and professional experience! My story starts with a dead battery on a Friday morning. I called the dealership and they put me in contact with a tow service. The tow service arrive My story starts with a dead battery on a Friday morning. I called the dealership and they put me in contact with a tow service. The tow service arrived within the hour and was able to get the battery started. I called the dealership and they said to bring the car in because I had a check engine light on the dashboard and that there was a recall in effect, so they would take care of that while the car was being serviced. I was greeted by Mario and Joe Benitez. Joe is my service rep and he is wonderful! He explained about the battery, apologized that he had no cars to loan and also suggested that I consider changing the wiper blades. The good news is that the car was ready that same day and Joe gave me a discount on the new battery. I am a long time customer of Esserman: my son owns a 2007 VW Rabbit that he still drives and Joe has been our service rep for the majority of that time. Joe is professional, friendly and customer oriented. He always remembers to ask about my husband and son and always welcomes me warmly.
