First purchased we had in 2005 and Dear Sirs/Madam We purchased 2017 GOLF TSE for my wife Umran Citmaci. We are a returning customer of ESSERMAN INT . First purchased we had in 2005 and it was GOLF and Jay Plant had just started in there ( He was a rookie) but he was genuine and very compassionate towards his job I wouldn't say he was a regular Car Salesman we had a connection because of his knowledge and passion about the Volkswagen cars; in short, he sold us 2005 Golf with good financing no gimmicks at all and we never had a problem with the car if we did he would take care of us. He is very good with the customer relation. After 9 years we came back to the Esserman and we talked to him he became Sales Director( good decision by upper management)and of course like any customers we shopped around but we were not comfortable with any other Dealership ( I do not want to name)We came back and talked to Jay what we want. He introduced us to Armando Borel who is very fine with manner( I would say old school which it does not come with any form of shape anymore), very kind, absolutely not pushy,listened to us all the way to end and explained to us the features about the car. And from your Finance Director Carlos Sosa who looked after us and found a best rate available he also explained about the financing. Esserman treated us like a family and we know the fact that we feel like a family to you guys. We definitely come back for our future and refer to anybody we know.
