After dealing with a few headaches I decided to see what my options would be. I was helped by Claudia which I must admit was probably the kindest sales person I’ve ever met. She did everything she could to help me find the ideal vehicle for the price I was willing to pay. My CC had a negative equity of $6k so my options were limited and I felt I was never going to find a way out. Claudia and the finance representative both did everything they could to get me in a new car. I walked in on Thursday evening to get an idea of my options. I walked out Friday evening with a brand new car. I not only recommend Esserman but highly suggest Claudia. I thank them so very much for everything they did to help me drive away in my new Tiguan.
