Excellence as always I got my CPO Passat 8 months ago from this dealer after driving another German luxury brand for 5 years. everything is perfect so far. The car has issues here and there of course but all works well and As a result i’m happy. I was given a loaners car and received continuous follow us from Greg with each and every issue of the car. The guy shall be the GM in that department. Very personable and honest. He took the time to explain every step, issue as well as my portion of the repair price. More

warranty not covered Esserman has been always my favorite dealer since I bought my first Volkswagen beetle there but lately I made a couple inquiries regarding my tires w Esserman has been always my favorite dealer since I bought my first Volkswagen beetle there but lately I made a couple inquiries regarding my tires which are completely worn out with only 15,000 miles of use. They stated that the manufacturer did not approved the replacement. Days after I brought my car in again because of one light on the dashboard was on!!....Exactly the Air bags's ones. They checked out and I just received a call where they stated that the cables that connect the system which is located under the passenger seat were bitten by a dog and my warranty won't cover that either. I purchased a full cover warranty on my car and it is a Lease car where they supposed to fix it. I recomend to think twice before doing Business now with that people. More
