A short time before this visit, due to closer proximity to work and residence, I went to a different VW dealer for yearly maintenance; I advised them of noises from breaks, they reported status normal. Situation worsened; will not return there. More

Fraud! I took my car to Esserman in order to fix the turn signal light of the left-side side mirror that I had broken maneuvering the car. Only the light was I took my car to Esserman in order to fix the turn signal light of the left-side side mirror that I had broken maneuvering the car. Only the light was broken and the cover had a minor scratch. I was told by Julio that I had to buy the whole mirror even knowing that the mirror glass, motor, base and everything except the the turn signal light and the top cover was working perfectly. They wanted to charge me over $1000 for labor ($~300) and parts ($~700). I was able to find the exact part that I needed on Volkswagen's website and replace the light myself. It only cost me about $50 and it took me 15min to fix my car. There is no excuse for trying trick a client in buying unnecessary parts and overcharge for labor. More
