Question - The last time we had service done, we were told that the rewards program had ended, but after that we received a letter from corporate encouraging us to sign up for the rewards program. Does the rewards program still exist? If it does, I don't think we have received credit for our last several visits on our current rewards number. More

While it is clear that performance is important at Donnell, customer care can improve. In my first visit to the dealership, I was not treated like a valued customer until I expressed my desire to purchase a car. Our salesperson was courteous and helped us chose a vehicle that worked for us. However, my experience with the service department has been less than satisfying on all levels. There is a clear lack of organization and clear communication between departments, and in one instance I was not treated well. With more frequent visits, I have come to the conclusion that the lack of personality and care toward customers is the culture of this business. With time and energy, I think this dealer has great potential. But right now there is room for improvement. More

Ford Explorer Jim and Brent were professional and fun to work with when we purchased our car.
