What the xxxx was the 2700 for extened warranty and 100 deductable ??? This is not the first time i have been screwed by there service !!! More

Leaves you hanging! Drove three hours in the snow to pick up vehicle. We were late but called and explained. Card that comes with the car for combo lock on door is missing.. climb upside down in to front seat, with flashlight in your teeth and under glove compartment is the number. They said like that is easy. It is like you own it now, tough! Our Local deale (BJ Maurer ,said come on in and I'll set it all up for ya, and get the combo number..NOW THAT IS FORD SERVICE So easy but not Donnell, I am out of state so I am assume they figure I won't be back to buy another... Don't worry Donnell I will not be back. More
