I have already contacted your main location in Ashland many times and the only response was "we will check into it and get back with you". Well no one ever got back with me. So i call or text them numerous time and start getting the traditional " He or she is off today or on vacation or the famous they are out of the office. Gage knows he did me wrong and lied to me. Up until this point i was a loyal Donley Ford (shelby) customer. I had even spoke with them about buying a new Ford cargo van but now i very much doubt if that will happen as i no longet trust them. If your customer relations wants to contact me to make this matter right, then they can call me at 567-303-4688 or email at jodycole40@yahoo.com. I had even asked Gage to put the dent removal , replacing of passenger side headlight assembly and buffing the scratches out in the purchase agreement and his exact response was " No need, we will honor whatever verbal agreement Richelle made" . And like a fool I believed him. A mistake I will likely never make again.
