Purchased this certified 2020 F150 Lariat which is a great truck. Came to me with 19% oil life remaining which after a couple weeks the dealer took care of. Supposed to receive 3 free oil changes due to great truck. Came to me with 19% oil life remaining which after a couple weeks the dealer took care of. Supposed to receive 3 free oil changes due to the vehicle being certified, but we’re just about a month into it & still no update in my ford pass. I’ve called several times & been told that they’re looking into it. Still waiting for a response or just to have my Ford Pass updated. Great truck, the overall experience is why the low rating. More
