I leased a 2022 Bronco sport in January 2022. It’s May now and the leather, heated seats that I paid for have yet to be installed. First set was wrong size and now nearly two months later… still It’s May now and the leather, heated seats that I paid for have yet to be installed. First set was wrong size and now nearly two months later… still no seats. Dealer does sub contract this service but there’s been no follow up, unless I call them!! Poor customer service!!! Will be filing a complaint with Ford!! More
