Brought my truck in for diagnostic testing, on Wednesday . Was told some parts would need to be replaced and the truck would be complete the following week. We were left without a vehicle to drive after bei . Was told some parts would need to be replaced and the truck would be complete the following week. We were left without a vehicle to drive after being told all loaners were being worked on. After roughly 10 days went by I called to check, was told they were waiting on parts. Another week passed so we called, oh looks like the parts haven’t arrived. Week 3-4 we called, they state that they have to go ahead and replace the part they said was wrong on day one. We wait another week, now a fuse blew and it needs a new starter. Umm it did not come in for anything pertaining to the starter. 2 days later the fuse box needs replaced. FINALLY! 5 weeks later we get our truck back. I noticed when driving it the steering wheel is pretty far out of alignment. So I call and they refused to take responsibility for this issue. So we had to take the truck to a front end shop to have it fixed. Upsetting to be completely stranded without a vehicle when all issues were warranty due to a Chevy issue. More
