I am very disappointed with their service. They are very slow in returning your fixed car. It takes way too much time (days) to get your car back. It’s been nearly a year and it still isn’t resolved. Jessica outright lied and has provided no help In resolving my issues. She has an awful attitude and terrible customer service. I have left multiple messages for Stan, the service manager. I have yet to receive a return call. Never received a call back from Jeep Chrysler. I just found out they closed my claim the same day I opened it. They closed it without notifying me. Be very careful with this company as when something is wrong, they simply hang you out to dry. Now I know I will get the standard response to this review and will be asked to reach out to them. My response to that is, check your messages. I have already tried reaching out.
