My experience at Don White's started out as a good one. However, the problems started when it came time to test drive a car. I received an overnight test drive car that was both a) filthy, inside and out, However, the problems started when it came time to test drive a car. I received an overnight test drive car that was both a) filthy, inside and out, and b) almost out of gas (when I received it, it had well less than 1/8 of a tank; I had to fill it up just to make it between my home and the dealership the next day). When price negotiations started, things went from bad to worse. I promptly returned all calls from the dealership, but was not returned the same courtesy. Rather than calling back to let me know that they could not match the price that I had received elsewhere, it took 2 calls from me to the dealership to learn this information. If buying a car was this much hassle at this dealership, I can't imagine how much of an inconvenience it must be to get your car serviced there...needless to say, I did not, and will never, purchase my car from Don White's. More
