My first oil change was quick - and the staff in the service department was very accomodating. I feel that I can trust the service department which means a lot to me. Good stock/selection, and they beat my bank's financing rate. They respected what I was willing to pay and found a match that almost met all of my preferences. Like every other dealer I've worked with in the past, I sacrificed on my trade-in value for the simplicity of not having to find a third-party buyer (which is my fault, as I probably could have had all of the options I wanted had I gotten a bit more of a down-payment with my trade-in). Overall, a good experience, and I would use this dealer again even though I drove 35 miles (past 4-5 other dealerships) to get there. More
