However, upon voicing my dissatification, the Finance Manager made every attempt possible to regain my trust and ensure my satisfaction. When I picked up the vehicle the next day I was treated extremely well and the financing/closing was "re-performed" with much better service. He was very friendly and personable, right from the start. My husband really liked working with Jeremy over the phone, etc. but did not have a great experience with his boss. When it was time to sign the deal and take possession of the Jeep, Jeremy was super accommodating to me (I was the one signing all the papers) and did not make me feel pressure or stressed at all.
