I just bought a new Dodge Avenger from Nick at Don White's in timonium, and I couldn't be happier. He was probably the most knowledgable and friendy car salesmen I have ever worked with. He knew so much about the process that he had an answer ready for every question I presented, from information about the car and the features, to the sales process and financing. He was friendly and courteous, making me feel very comfortable about a process that can be stressfull, and made me feel very welcome. I found exactly the model I was looking for and I love the car. I had to leave the dealership for a bit to go to a doctor's appointment, and he actually let me take the car with me for a sort of extended test drive. The only part about the car that I didn't like was the lack of spoiler, and he ran a quote to add a spoiler while I was out. It was ready when I got back, and the installation of the spoiler was included in the financing. I had gotten a quote from Carmax for my car, with the intention of trading it to them and putting cash down, so I could keep a bit in my pocket. Nick matched Carmax's offer, and still cut me a check for the amount I wanted to keep. If they couldn't match the offer, he was ready to go with me to Carmax to trade it in there. They financed me even though my credit was mediocre, and got me the payment amount that I wanted. I enjoyed every step of the process, and would recomend anyone and everyone to give them a try. I live in columbia, so this was a bit of a drive for me (that I did just because they had a model with the features I wanted) but I plan on going back there for all my needs on this car now. He is also one of the very few, and I mean very few, car/truck sales guys I talked to or met that actually really knew about the vehicle. He knew 85% of the questions I asked about the truck and the other 15% he admitted he did not know, but committed he would get back to me asap with an answer which he did. Based on my experience with him my wife and I drove 80miles to meet with him and drove home a new car. I like Ryan, thank him and the others at the dealership (also especially Luray, who helped me get my transfer of my tags done smoothly and easily) who made the buying experience mush less painful then I have ever experienced.
