My biggest complaint is when I went to drive off and realized that my gas tank was a little over half full. When I asked Mr. Campagna, he stated that it's Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep policy to only provide $25 realized that my gas tank was a little over half full. When I asked Mr. Campagna, he stated that it's Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep policy to only provide $25.00 worth of gas. I know this to be incorrect as my friend leased a new Grand Cherokee from Criswell less than a week ago and they provided him with a full tank of gas. I assume this is Don White's policy and to the dealership this may seem minor, but to the consumer, it took my experience from a 10 down to a 6. This is the third new car I have leased and/or purchased in the last six years and I was always provided a full tank of gas, no questions asked. It's unfortunate that when I pulled off the lot, my next stop was to the gas station. That is the last memory I am left with. It ruined the excitement of purchasing a new car. Aside from that, from the moment I approached the dealership a staff member greeted me at the door to see how they could be of assistance. I had already been working with Mr. Thompson, their internet car specialist and the salesman personally walked me to his desk to introduce me to him. After a brief conversation I was introduced to Mr. Campagna who proceeded to show me the vehicle I was interested in. His expert knowledge of the product left me with no questions of the vehicles capability as well as the technology that it is equipped with. The low pressure sales technique was very refreshing and Mr. Campagna worked at my speed and never pushed me in any way. After several conversations both via email and phone, Mr. Campagna and I were able to agree to terms of a deal. Mr. Campagna showed his dedication to the job by agreeing meet me on his day off so we could finalize everything. At no fault to the finance department, the longest part of the process was getting the lease paperwork in order. Is Don White's policy of only providing $25 worth of gas enough for me not to recommend Don White's? I don't think so, but it is enough for me to voice my dissatisfaction and forewarn a potential buyer. A friend was in the market for a Durango and when I told him about the incident, he had immediate apprehension of dealing with Don White's. To a large dealership this may seem minor, that will save the dealer significant dollars over the course of a year, but to me it's enough to rethink where I lease/purchase a new vehicle when my lease is up three years from now. More

I had made several trips to dealerships in pa and md. First upon arriving my wife and I were greeted by Derick. He was very friendly and professional. He was honest and straight forward with us the entire time. Financing wasn't complete yet they left us drive the vehicle for the weekend. Wow what a car we fell in love with it. Upon our return on Monday we found there was a glitch in the numbers we were quoted. This dealership and all it's staff worked diligently to correct the issue. The issue was corrected to our satisfaction with incredible care to their customer which in this case was us. I will recommend this dealership to everyone They were great More

I realized there were other features I wanted and he had a van that matched what I wanted. We set up an appointment for the next day. When I got there he had it ready for me. He had my trade-in appraised and was able to get me the price I wanted. I was out the door in less than 3 hours. He made the process easy and was able to get me a great price on the trade-in, the new car, and the finance. More

I began my search for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee late summer when I initially met Sean Fitzpatrick at Don White's. I explained this was a quick stop and that I would be purchasing 6 months down the road. Sean was professional, friendly, informative, and most important, not-pushy or aggressive. I asked for him when I came back to purchase mid-winter. We had done some homework on various models, and he ran down all the variables and explained all the changes that had taken place in 2011/2012. He walked us through the purchase process, and helped us get a USAA discount, since Don White's is a preferred USAA dealer. I have purchased many cars over the years and Sean is the best salesperson I have ever had. The fact that he is not aggressive, pushy or in-your-face made all the difference in the world. I would recommend not only Sean, but also Don White's, because of Sean! More

I found two new cars on the Don White's internet site that met my criteria and price range. I contacted Tiffany and was able to see them the next day. The vans were waiting for me, tagged with my name that met my criteria and price range. I contacted Tiffany and was able to see them the next day. I decided to buy the slightly more expensive model because of the features of comfort, rear AC/heat and tinted windows. Tony and Tiffany were both professional and very friendly. As I am physically challenged they even brought the finance manager to me to close the deal, which was very considerate. I bought the 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan SE on Saturday and returned with my handicap tags on Monday to transfer them to my new car. Not long after returning home, Tony called to tell me that I had overpaid by almost $1000. I don't think I would have realized this on my own, so I am very impressed by their honesty. I would definitely recommend Don White's. In fact my friends that came with me to help me evaluate the cars, will probably travel from Ellicott City to purchase their next Dodge Caravan at Don White's. Good job! More

I requested out the door costs from seven Maryland dealers. Ryan was truthful and forthcoming in all of our conversations. He even pointed out where competitive bids were not complete. I found everything he told me to be true. Don White was one of three dealers that had the exact car I wanted, Ryan got me in the door. Once there Derrick Finch was great. He worked with me, was considerate of my time, gave me all of the detail I needed to make a decision and made the whole buying experience a pleasure. I have purchased many, many cars in my life and as a rule I have hated the process end to end. This team has changed my opinion of what a car dealer can be. They demonstrated ethics and professionalism throughout the process and have won me over as a buyer, at least as far as Don White Chrysler is concerned. Good job guys. More
