went to don whites on a referral from a friend put down 8500.00 on a 2013 ram mega cab with 74000 miles. was told in writing that the truck had passed don whites guaranteed check list of approval. had it f 8500.00 on a 2013 ram mega cab with 74000 miles. was told in writing that the truck had passed don whites guaranteed check list of approval. had it for less then 24 hrs. and found out the truck had a radio software problem as well as a dash cluster panel electrical problem. they have had back in there service dept since day after the 5/28/2020 purchase date . gave me a loaner for 7 days. not fixed yet made me come in as I'm a very sick yet with many health problems and took my loaner away telling me to drive the truck without a radio n a short somewhere in the cluster and they would call wen parts came in. wow treated like crap all over again . if your a Vietnam vet possibly dying from the ao affect don't trust any dealership to care they left me without a descent ride and they knew the truck had these problems before they sold it to me no doubt at all on this because donwhites check list guarantee is 0. Waiting for GAP refund Been waiting almost 6 weeks for a GAP refund. Send emails and personally visited Randy Todd at the dealership. Filled out all paperwork. Called Randy and was told 6 to 8 weeks, paperwork done. Something didn't feel right. Called Zurich, the Gap company. Coverage was never cancelled. Dealt with Zurich personally and got it done. Called dealership and dealt with their controller, Kim, who was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Bottom line: waited almost 6 weeks for nothing, dealt with Zurich and Kim who were great. Finance department needs to follow up and reply to their emails and keep their word. Not happy, former customer now. More
