I purchased my jeep grand Cherokee 5 years ago and have had mostly a good experiences with them. However, during my last 3 oil changes, my service ticket has reflected that they rotated my tires during the had mostly a good experiences with them. However, during my last 3 oil changes, my service ticket has reflected that they rotated my tires during the service when in fact they did not. So my tires were not rotated for the last 24k miles. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and thought it would actually be done on the next service but that was not the case. I finally spoke up on the third occurrence and went back the follow day for the tire rotation. More
