We purchased our Jeep on 7/4/18 and have had it serviced there ever since. Alan has been excellent for years and Zsa Zsa helped us this week. She was also very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I’ve never been more disappointed with a dealership. I reported the same issue with my vehicle eight times over two years while it was under warranty, and it was never resolved. That problem has now tur I reported the same issue with my vehicle eight times over two years while it was under warranty, and it was never resolved. That problem has now turned into a major transmission failure. During my most recent visit, I went six days without a single update. When I asked about the lack of communication, the service manager, Stan Carder, spoke to me aggressively and defensively, claimed he had called (he hadn’t), and took no responsibility. I had to contact a service advisor just to get him on the phone. The dealership kept my car for a week with no updates and no assistance, forcing me to pay $250 for a rental so I could get to work and take care of my family. The goodwill warranty request—filed only after a heated conversation—was denied. No report provided of the denial or of the transmission diagnostic supposedly performed in the 6 days of having my car. When I finally got my car back, it smelled like the shop because they left the windows down, and there were broken pieces of another vehicle’s taillight on my driver-side floormat. After a week without my car, $250 spent, and zero progress on an issue I reported repeatedly under warranty, I left with no repair and no resolution. I cannot recommend this service department at all. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. More
Customer service is terrible. If you want updates about your vehicle you have to proactively call or stop by to get the information yourself. Got there at 10 AM sat there until 3:30Pm so I can be told we don’t have the parts to do the work on your breaks and roaders I asked to speak to a manager he insisted on getting me into a rental so I can told we don’t have the parts to do the work on your breaks and roaders I asked to speak to a manager he insisted on getting me into a rental so I can get to my restaurant on time that they would cover took him up on that, the next day I’m sent an estimate of $2K to get breaks and roaders replaced, not sure if they thought I was some kind of idiot or what I declined, I went back to return the rental and pick up my truck to take it somewhere else, the same manager told me since your not having the repair done with us you have to pay for the rental, almost if they were trying to corner me and bully me, I declined he got frustrated brushed me off in-front of an employee. Told him just get him out of here go get it done somewhere else and don’t come back here. So before I left I made sure to return the favor in-front of his boss and coworker, that he should watch his tone and learn how to speak to people, crappy dealership and they rob people never going back and telling my family to stay away from those crooks that know nothing about customer service.
