rec'd my free oil change and tire rotation and car wash . I had recently washed and waxed my Jeep a few days earlier . When my wife returned I noticed white spots all over the car . Service department is unqualified and lacks in all areas of customer service. We have had our 2024 jeep in 4 times in the last 2 months and it’s still not working properly and can’t find the problem. We recently took our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Don Whites for a cylinder missfire,the service advisor told us later that day that we had a bad head gasket and was allowing coolant to leak into the spa Whites for a cylinder missfire,the service advisor told us later that day that we had a bad head gasket and was allowing coolant to leak into the spark plug tube,she advised us they were waiting for the third party warranty company (which was purchased through Don Whites) to inspect and authorize the repair,when i asked about a loaner vehicle that was part of the warranty she replied as soon as the warranty company approves the repair they can issue one.That was on Feb 15th,as of Feb 21st i still hadnt heard anything,i reached out to my service advisor and she was trying to contact them,the next day i was told they were instructed to do more diagnostics by removing the cylinder head for further inspection and if the claim was denied we would be responsible for the $1,560 dollar diagnostic fee,i was furious and contacted the service manager where he proceeded to tell me i read it wrong and i was free to take it somewhere else if not satisfied.After working out the details and the service manager admitting i was miss quoted i authorized the removal of the head,still no loaner vehicle.Over the weekend after reading the purchase agreement i remembered the Jeep was a certified pre owned that carried a 7 year 100k mile warranty from date of original purchase,when i brought that to the service advisors attention she looked it up and said "how did we miss that".Not knowing how long it would take i requested a loaner vehicle and was told they didnt have one available,after being without it for 2 weeks.The Jeep was finished the next day and i was told i had a $100 dollar deductable which under any other circumstance i would have been happy to pay,i asked if they would deduct that and they said they could not,upon getting it back the following day i checked the coolant and engine oil levels only to find bolts not tight,intake tube clamp loose and several cable ties broken and not replaced,i took pictures and forwarded them to the service advisor,she said she would show them to the service manager and he would contact me.To date i havent heard from anyone.This was one of three Jeeps we have purchased from Don Whites in the past three years,i cannot say enough great things about the sales team,even though we had our own financing they were fantastic to deal with and are very convenient to my work,but im sorry to say i wont be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. More
This dealership sold me a 2016 grand caravan three years ago they even showed us where the spare is located and how to get to it. Well fast forward to tonight we are driving down rt 13 thru Delaware and hit ago they even showed us where the spare is located and how to get to it. Well fast forward to tonight we are driving down rt 13 thru Delaware and hit a debris field on the highway blowing out a tire when I go for the spare it's not there, so I call the dealership while waiting on a AAA tow truck and they "Don White" inform me that they come from the factory without one and it's now an option to which don't you think that should have been something they should have told us and the man I was talking to said it's not there job as salesmen to inform us this. A spare tire an option I can't believe this. Stay away from these crooks! More
