I told him that I saw a car on the web page that I wanted to see. I gave him a copy of the web page which included the VIN number, so he was able to locate the car immediately. He suggested that I test drive the car on the back street since I did not want to go to the feeder road because it was high traffic time. I absolutely loved the car and all the features and the low mileage. It was exactley the car described on the web page. I purchased the car and I am very happy with it. I think the difference in purchasing a car is the sales person. Jay was so professional and polite. He was not pushy and took the time to answer all my questions. This was my frist time experience at Don McGill. I would difinitely recommend them for purchasing a Toyota and using Jay as your sales person. If you do your homework first by looking at their web page, it will save you a lot of time if the car is still available when you come in to make a purchase.......Thank you Jay for your help! More

There was no up-selling or pushiness and there was no games that typically goes with car buying in person. The other people at the dealership were also fantastic. It is clear that Don McGill Toyota is looking to build relationships with their customers and not just meet their bottom line. We went to 3 other dealerships while we shopped around and none could even come close to customer service or satisfaction. Would highly recommend! More
