I will strongly not recommend this dealership. I liked the car that they showed me online and took my down payment and promised the car will be there next week. I waited a A month for the car and the car never arrived, but they still kept on holding on my money and doing false promises. Finally, I got tired and requested for my refund. And the refund took another month. They had promised me the car will be available the next week, but the car didn’t come for two Months. Very irresponsible and unprofessional and scam dealership. Spoke with Celine in the accounting and she is so unprofessional and so immature, I had to send her the paperwork three times for me to prove that I have paid the down payment and that worried me because she was so unprofessional and made me feel like she was not gonna give me the money back. There is other dealerships in Houston, which I actually bought my car from but I will definitely never return to this dealership and will strongly not recommend this to anyone. Please visit other Toyota dealerships before you give them business as their prices are very high and they put different kinds of fees when you buy a brand new vehicle. I purchased the same vehicle from a different dealership and save $4000.

Reposting my review since the last one was deleted or removed. I brought my 2021 tundra in for a basic oil change. Made the appointment online arrived a few minutes early and waited took them an hour and a half for a basic oil change on top of that the multi point inspection report was not given to me after the service was done. When I asked the service advisor If there was any issues with my vehicle, he stated that the technician said the night to replace both my engine filter and my cabin air filter. Oddly enough both of those filters.K&N Washable filters. The engineer filter I cleaned a few days prior to the service. So the technician can’t recognize what a washable filter is or He is incompetent. As I’m preparing to leave the dealership, a technician knocks on my pasture window with a handful of screws and a power screwdriver in his hand. I asked him what are those? His response was we forgot to put all the screws back into the Skid plate. Are you kidding me? I’ve tried reaching out to the general manager at this dealership with several emails. Zero response from him, I received a message from their customer relations person stating that a service manager would be in touch with me that was almost 2 weeks Ago. They clearly do not know the first thing about customer service and satisfaction. So if they’re forgetting to put screws in a skid plate, what about something were critical like lug nuts? Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else except this dealership for service.

An abrupt unsuspecting situation created the need to buy a vehicle . Divine guidance put an earth angel sales person, Dorie Robinson, in my path. A smooth course of understanding, compassion, guidance, earnestness and earned trust was what I found in her. I drove out of Don McGill dealership peacefully and satisfied with my new transportation and would ask for Dorie time and again.
